Per our discussions, you should be working on your final leadership philosophy paper for this class. As you have put in the time, effort, and dedication to this course, I strongly believe that your work should be celebrated and acknowledged in your upcoming Student-Led Conference.
Please bring your draft paper with you to class on Thursday, April 14th and include this piece in your portfolio.
Preliminary prompts and questions to stimulate your thinking:
- What are your personal beliefs about leadership?
- Who do you want to be as a leader?
- What values do you have?
- How has your definition of leadership evolved?
- What are some of your short and/or long term goals in regards to leadership?
Your thinking and reflections are absolutely not limited to the suggestions above. Your paper should be something that helps you focus your intentions and inspires your next steps.
You will have the next two weeks to revise and refine your paper. The final draft will be due on Thursday, April 28th.
The nitty-gritty as agreed upon:
- 1.5-2 pages in length
- 12 point font
- 0.75 margins
- 1.5 line spacing
